Luka是最早在沼泽里找到这个比较易于生存的地方的一位女士，她相当于后来所有到来的龙的领袖。
Luka头脑聪明，知道如何治理这个越来越大的家族，她对这个聚集地的基本治理原则就是欢迎任何前来定居的龙，还制定了一些规矩。但是并没有设立惩罚措施，luka渐渐意识到了这一点，已经在思考如何让规矩变得更全面。

luka和Redy是非常要好的朋友。redy是第一个来的luka聚集的龙。是redy对luka预言说会有越来越多的龙来到这里。这个聚集地是luka和redy一起建立的。

luka对儿子Initial的理想有点烦恼。一方面觉得不应该限制他的自由，另一方面却觉得Nature有点远(尽管nature就在shadow的隔壁)，不太放心Initial一个人在那边生活。对儿子想去Nature的请求态度暧昧，但在儿子的劝说下开始动摇。
