Pluto doesn't remember the last time he felt.. living. He doesn't remember blood pumping through his veins, or having to breathe in and out, but that doesn't mean he isn't sentient. Of course, he can act just like any other skydancer. He feels emotions, he can produce offspring, he's all around a normal dragon. Except the fact that he's kindof a ghost.
They're not really sure how it works, but their mother is a spirit, so now Pluto has.. spirit like qualities. It's cool though! He's totally a normal dragon!!
In his offtime he tends to try to chart out the stars, or research other ""half-ghosts"" in hope of answers. But he's a totally cool guy, promise!
