This little fae and his mate love their new forms. He carries contagion in his saliva, and likes to sneak into other clans and bite dragons that his mate has paralizyed, and spread the contagion.
Things he's doing the Plaguebringers work to make other clans hardier and stronger...or wipe them out for being too weak.
