The sweet smell of newly completed magic lit up the air around Pao’s small peak of the hill she called home. The bubbling river and the light of day could never live up to the sight to behold that magic truly was. She was a child of the forest at heart; constantly seeking out the trees and grass around her tree-spotted mound, using the summer months to feed the small plants collecting at the mouth of her cave, and, most of all, discovering the wonders that magic could give to flowers. Sprouting and growing two sizes it’s normal bud, the blossoms that the tri-colored hummingbirds fed on looked massive and healthy. With this magic, she could heal the dying growth of the outer Viridian forests with ease. The world needed more love and care, the steadily declining greenery was evidence of this; and this magic could save those efforts her clan had put in to help it. In order to perfect this magic, though, she needed to travel to the home of magic itself; the Starfall Isles. If anyone knew how to use magic to save her beloved forests, it would be the arcane.
