Biography

Virena had a rough start in this clan. First, the first mate she was supposed to have just never came... Second, the one that was supposed to be his substitute, was a fire fanatic... She had it rough.

To be fair, it wasn't all bad. There was one think in Vi's life she most cared about: dancing. She could dance every waking hour of the day, and she was actually glad when she learned that Vulcan loved dancing too. Though he loved only one kind of dancing, while she loved them all... But that would still be fine. Except for the fire.

Vi and Vul were never a match. She looked like a plant, he lookd like a vulcan. She was delicate and loved to dance, he was more introspective and devoted to the fire. And finally... the fire itself. He loved it and even his dances involved it. There was no way not to get burn from times to times... And there were days she couldn't even fly back when she was still trying to dance with him and make it happen.

No, they were not meant to be, and when she admitted, it hurt very much. Even more because he asked for her to stay with him a bit more, long enough for him to find a new mate. It hurt her to stay in the end even more... but she waited. And when the new girl appeared, the perfect girl for him, a hint of relief settled in.

She thought it would take a while to find her a new mate after the last disasters... But asking for advice payed out, as Artemis said. In one day, she found an unexpected perfect match for herself: Vine.

She though a skydancer would be best to dance with them... And maybe from the wind flight, as they were quite the dancers there.... But the others were right, spirals were interesting in their own terms. They don't like to stay still, and just because they are not skydancers, doesn't mean they can't dance. And she could never ask for more than Vine. He would always accompany her in her dances, and the babies they could have... Oh, she was in love with them.

Vi finally had her happy ever after.
