Sesame is the head of the aesthetics wing of the Bathe Philosophy Library, meaning that she is one of five privileged scholars at the height of power in the kingdom of Bathe. Because her chosen field concerns the issue of beauty above all else, it is her primary concern outside of the library as well; this focus shows in almost everything she does. This doesn't make her vain, necessarily-- above all others, Sesame knows that beauty manifests itself in infinite ways.

An on-looker might suspect being born to Sesame would entail impossibly high standards of physical beauty, but this is hardly the case: so long as her children appreciate art and philosophy with an earnest passion, they are beautiful to her. If they don't, they are met with her disappointment and a tepid indifference.

Just because she's a librarian doesn't mean she doesn't love hearty conversations and genuine laughter. If you need a friendly face while you're pursuing your studies, her office is the one to stop by.
