One half of the duo that lives fulltime at Graygarden Radio Tower. Sparks is the mechanic of the two of them, and he's often buried deep in the guts of his creation. Media may have launched the station, but it's Sparks that physically keeps it running. He's fine with that, anyway; he doesn't have the patience or the time to be a radio host while also keeping everything in good repair.

The rare visitors/layovers at the tower only ever interact with Sparks due to Media's social anxiety. He's not the best host ever, but at least he puts some effort into it. Like Media he's a loner, preferring the company of technology to people. The two of them might live together but they can go months without saying a word to one another, content to simply pass each other by.

Sparks hails from a clan called Moonkeep, deep in Shadow territory; they are one of the hubs for Runners, dragons fleeing exaltation. He's as dismissive of the gods as most of Moonkeep's residents, and thanks to him the radio tower functions as a branch of the Runner network. It's a very tiny branch, but hey - it gets the job done.

Character Notes
• Extremely tonal, for a Fae. Most members of his species look at him very strangely because he hardly sounds anything like them. He communicates just fine in the gesture language though despite putting so much emotion in his voice too.

OOC Notes
• Fallout 4 fandragon! A fleshed-out minor character, so half OC and half canon, kinda.
