Hikari has always been taught since birth to be respectful of other flights including.....shadow.
Although she had thought that almost all or all shadow clan were disrespectful and mere trickster to other dragons or clans that came into contact with them. It was one day where her assumption were proven wrong by a slightly tinted red female guardian with very purple eyes.

This guardian had a variable degree of honor and patience towards herself and others that without seeing her eyes she would never had guess she was from shadow. All this information was from her mannerisms and the aura she felt from her but in all honesty she was wondering what she was doing so close to their flights boarders. 

So she took a leap of fate and confornted the guardian directly!

"What are you doing so closely to the light aren't you afraid of the light burning you?!!???"
The mysterious female guardian "You seem like a rather curious light sprial that didn't flee at the mere sight of me and our concerned for my well being"
She blushed slightly at her compliment "So if i were to take a guess you are a clan matriarch trying to find a land/flight for your clan right"
It was at that moment she got closer to her and said "Yes"

At this moment she revealed her name and the light sprial revealed hers.
"So would you like to join my clan and help us resettle in your flight?"
Hikari then said good bye to her old clan and promised to visit them every once and a while when she had the chance! She then brought along her trusted familiar to come along with her in her journey of helping a shadow clan resettle in light flight.

"Are you sure they can be trusted" Her faithful familiar said to her.

"Ya am pretty sure!!!!" Hikari said

The rest they say is history.
