And run away from any WarToads until you have more expertise and more fighters!

Turn 1: Scratch until dead; if you get enough breath built up that eliminate becomes active, then scratch + elim

Turn 2: Rally, then just keep using Elim until done. If breath runs out, scratch until breath is back.

If life is running out, you can also use Sap to rebuild life by biting your enemy and draining some of their life into you. However, this will drain your breath.
