Enchanted Glass

B I O G R A P H Y

Leocadia at first seems like a usual Fae. But if you get close enough you'll see she's in fact made of solid glass. Her face, claws and wing tips being stained with a frosty design. While stronger then normal glass she is still fragile and the only thing that keeps her from shattering is her magic. The icy colored liquid within her is the essence of this magic. It's the very thing that keeps her alive. Should she loose it all, then she would cease to be.

Leocadia can't speak. But she is expressive and intelligent. Using body language to communicate her thoughts and writing to say words. She is more then capable of operating like a normal dragon. In some places she has an advantage. Having no internal organs she has no need for food nor drink. As such she does not bleed either. But wounds are are usually chips or breaks. Should she receive too many and she would die by shattering completely. However if she escapes then chips will "heal" overtime due to her magic.

Leocadia does have some feelings. Fear, sadness, joy etc. However extremely complicated feelings get lost within her. While she does feel some love, true attachment or romantic feelings are often nullified. So she doesn't experience much emotional pain for very long from the death of someone she "loved" since it wasn't a real close relationship. As such, mixed feelings can often get lost within her and nullified.

B I O G R A P H Y

None really knows much about the way she came to be. Or what type of strange magic was used to create her. If questioned on the matter she'll simply shrug and write down. "I was not. Then I was." Indicating she remembers everything from the very moment of her birth. But not how she was created exactly. What she does recall is a school of some sort. And some muffled words about dragons experimenting with enchanting objects. Then she flew off. Hearing angry shouts and getting shot at by the dragons. Guess they didn't want her to leave.

Once she was safe then she set out to explore this new world. Unaffected by the bitter cold of the environment, she traveled for days within the cold before finally finding a beastclan who were curious about this 'dragon' who seemed to know so little about them or really about being a dragon. They welcomed her with curiosity but treated her more like a study subject then a being with any feelings.

They called her Leocadia and she took to the name real quickly. Soon this was the name she used to introduce herself to others and the name she responded to when called. Soon the dragoness set off again into the world. Granted with gifts including a pair of feathery wings to help her fly better. Now days she travels, endlessly exploring and learning.
