Vissa is Katzarl's research assistant at Agnidoom University. He also studies other subjects just because he loves learning. Vissa is nocturnal, but he manages to force himself to function during the daytime as necessary.

Nobody is quite certain how Vissa ended up apprenticing under Katzarl, but all of the magic students both envy and pity Vissa. About two weeks into his apprenticeship he returned home with glowing eyes and nobody knows how to get them back to normal. His vision is incredible now and during all hours, and he can even see magic–including the kind not meant to be seen.

Vissa was saved from a demon residing in the university library by an Agnidoom Ranger called Veha, and he thought she was totally cool and he also digs the menacing way of dressing and presence she has. He asked her out, and they have since become official mates. Vissa is one of the few dragons outside of the Agnidoom Rangers who is familiar with Veha, and because of her he has come to know the other Agnidoom Rangers better.

Is fond of most of his extended family.

As the eldest child of the Alel Family to remain in Clan Agnidoom, Vissa is the next in line to head the family. Already his parents have placed much of the work of family head on him, a responsibility that used to cause him great anxiety but has since grown into. Veha, naturally, does a lot to help him.

Knows: Modern Twisagnitic, High Bibliotagnitic, and some Common Draconic (he can understand it pretty well, but his speaking it is mostly restricted to slang phrases)
