When I got her, she was still unnamed, so I had the opportunity to name her myself. Was going to name her Shatter, but that words has sad connotations, so I settled for Fracture, seeing her Orca Crystal and all. :D


As you meet the dragons of the clan, you wander past what looks to be a greenhouse. You see movement inside, and intrigued, you pull open the screen door & step inside. The smell of fragrant plants and other growing things welcomes you, and you look around to see plants growing all over, some in pots on the ground and others on shelves in small containers of their own. Some plant pots on a shelf to your left move apart, drawing your attention, and a dragon pokes her head out from between them. "Ah, hello," she says, trowel in claw (hand), as a sweet smile as happy as pansies spreads across her face...


Fracture is a kind dragon who loves being in the garden & watching things grow, whether that's plants or her own kids :) Since her kids are practically out of the nest, she finds she has more time on her claws (hands) and has taken up gardening. Dragons in her previous clan were good at it, and showed her the ways of the plants and she was fascinated ever since, and couldn't wait 'til she had her own garden one day. Even though her plans to try motherhood got in the way and took a considerable amount of time away from the plants she loves so she could raise her kids, now that they are raised, she finds she can finally plant and make her own dream garden. She now grows all kinds of plants, those that are beautiful and those that produce food, and she finds that she has quite the green claw (thumb). Due to her abilities with gardening and plant life, she is one of the Agricultural dragons of the clan, and when some go out to Forage, she is right there alongside them, and finds the most bountiful amounts of things that grow that are edible :)
She is also quiet, but a happy dragon and is willing to lend help whenever needed, in whatever form that may be. Fracture prefers to keep to herself, or be around others that are close to her such as family, but she's still willing to offer advice & listen to other's problems. While she is no counselor or psychiatrist, she still tries to be helpful, and there for any dergs who might be having a bad time of things. She is very nice and has a big heart :)


Fracture, like many dragons here at the SkyWings clan, arrived through the Auction House. She arrived when she was fully grown and ready to set out on her own from her previous clan. She came from a big family of Spirals & Tundras and still has good memories of the time she spent with her older siblings and those that hatched on the same day as her. But, however, she felt a calling deep inside to be somewhere else, and thus struck out on her own. Life was good at her home near The Behemoth, but she wanted something more.. So, she went to the Auction House wondering where she would find herself in the very near future. Her siblings followed her, some also with the desire to find their own places and others with the burning passion to just get out of the house and finally on their own, but she learned that after awhile, not many found their places and went on to be Exalted. Fracture waited in the AH for a few days herself, and almost felt as though it could've been her fate as well to go serve under a deity rather than help better a clan.. but all that changed when a yellow Skydancer followed by two pink-colored Gaurdians and a golden hued Fae walked into the House and looked around for the next member to join their colony. The small group walked around the building for a bit until the Skydancer meandered his way over to the Tundra's stall. He lingered nearby, and as he passed, she noticed his stone glowed brightly as he passed where she stood. One of the Gaurdians took notice of her, too, and paused before her. "What's your name?" He asked, in a soft rumble, clearly intrigued by the Tundra. Fracture smiled, and thought of what her parents had told her, even though officially she was Unnamed. "Well, technically, I don't have one, but my mother called me Crystal," she replied in her sweet voice. "Crystal. Sweet," he said, nodding as he studied her. "I'm Twilight," the Gaurdian said next, and extended a claw (hand) to shake. "Twilight, are you coming?" a female dragon's voice said, and the Fae fluttered back over for the rest of the group had wandered away from the Gaurdian. He turned to the Fae, then looked back to Fracture. "Yeah, sure," he seemed to say sadly, and his shoulderssagged a little as he turned back to the Fae. But by that time, the rest had came back to where Twilight was standing, and Fracture noticed the Skydancer's orb glow once more as he neared. "Wait," the yellow Dragon said, in a gentle masculine voice as he closed his eyes, and all turned to look at him. Puzzled, the Fae asked "Are you getting something, Gabrian?" which seemed to be addressed to the Skydancer. He nodded, then opened his eyes again and his pink eyes rested on Fracture. "In need of a home?" He asked the Tundra, which she nodded in response. "How would you like to join the SkyWings clan, then?" he asked again in a kind tone. Fracture wasn't sure at first, but found herself nodding anyways. The scents she was picking up from them spoke of a nice, welcoming air and she found she liked their warm aromas that each one held. She noticed Twilight smile some as she nodded, and smiled inwardly to herself. "Found the right one, Gabe?" the other pink Gaurdian asked, finally piping up and spoke in a rumbly voice. The Skydancer nodded, and after a short discussion between the dragons she figured were the leaders, the dragons in front of her stall plunked down the charges for her fee, and she was free to go & join the dragons of the Wind territory. They all left the AH then, with Fracture in tow, and made for the destination where the SkyWings clan resided. She was told about a way to get her real name officially, and when it came about for her to receive her name, the one who was helping her decided they should do something else since there was probably already a bajillion and one dragons in the realm with the name Crystal already. She agreed, and decided to go with something more uncommon that probably not most would have had and thus chose to go with Fracture, paying homage to her old name while still remaining its own thing.

She adapted quite well in the new clan, and found she made many friends. There was already a small garden here, but with her help, that quickly changed and it grew into a lush paradise on the clan's grounds. As things grew and she found her place within the clan and set down roots of her own, she never did quite forget that first day when she met the dragons of the SkyWings clan, and the Gaurdian who had noticed her. Through her time here, she found that each dragon had a talent, and that his was being a counselor to those that needed it most. She didn't need much counseling, but she did want to see the dragon again, and found that he hardly left his office so she set up an appointment just to see him and try to get to know the Gaurdian better. Her ploy worked, and though he was still on the clock, they found they hit it off and struck up conversation very easily. She scheduled more appointments and they had great times talking and learning more & more about each other, and a deep connection formed between them that would turn into an even deeper bond. As she got to know more about his interests, and his love of the ocean, she began to see him outside of the office as well, and she went on deep-sea expeditions with him to get to know him even better. However, she found that that wasn't the best idea for because of her fur she'd end up drenched and water-logged, so that only became a once-a-month sort of thing. He also took up the task of getting to know her better too, and tried his claw (hand) at gardening and seeing why she found so much joy in it.. although everything he tried to plant didn't last for long. They loved being around each other, even if no one was much good at what the other enjoyed, and as time went on, they both felt their relationship go deeper and further than just friends.
They only grew closer until Twilight asked for her claw (hand) in marriage and to make her his wife. The Tundra said yes and shortly thereafter, wedding bells rang for the two lovebirds. After the ceremony, they moved into a part of the lair they could call their own and set up a home for themselves. Since she had come from a big family and had seen others inside each clan with children of their own, Fracture wondered for herself what motherhood was like and was curious about what it was like to have her own clutch of hatchlings. So, after establishing their own home, the two bred and brought into the world their 3 lovely children. And although she had dreams & fantasies of one day being a mother herself when she was younger, Fracture found out the reality of it all and the many up & downs of parenthood. Luckily, she wasn't alone, and with her faithful mate by her side, their children turned out quite all right, though, like all families, there was some rough spots along the way. Although motherhood does have its rewards and its good days, and though she's glad she tried her claw (hand) at it, she probably wouldn't go through it again :)

She is also very close with Alorria, her Myosotis Fox, and finds she's very comfy and cuddly to snuggle with, and often joins her at night when they go to bed, and her husband doesn't mind at all. Alorria also helps her in her garden and is always by her side, even though she often forgets names & facts about plants & flowers... which isn't a very good thing as Fracture, being a Tundra, is also forgetful, and if it wasn't for her plant journal that she kept and the ability of being able to identify plants by their scents, she would get confused all the time XD They make a great pair though, and Alorria loves to help dig in the garden to make new holes for more plants to be put in or tend to pots in the greenhouse :)

She now lives a quiet life devoting all her time to the garden and foraging, while also spending time with her wonderful spouse, who now goes by Zomar, and also taking time out to meet up with her now-grown kids and catching up with them from time to time and meeting her grand kids when they come along as well ^^)
She has the Role as Head Forager! Out of all the Dragons that get sent out to Forage, she's the one that brings back the most plant food items of the team. She's not one to brag, but everyone else def took notice and brought it up to Moriah. The Gaurdian watched Fracture for a few times, then Appointed her when Fracture still kept finding the most. This Tundra just knows where to look, and as Head Forager, she has shown the other Dragons how to do the same, but still none of them are as good as her :) When she is not doing Head Forager-related things, however, she can be found in her garden :)
