Caedies is mother of the clan. She teaches her loyal doctrine and pledges herself to raising strong dragons to serve their deity. She is a kind but stern dragon, and does not accept nonsense within her clan. Not unlike most Pearlcatchers, she considers herself above the other dragons in her clan. Despite this, she considered Ashling a close friend and believes she is 'better' than the other wildclaws. She cannot stand Rosaline, and prays with all her might every night that she may leave.
