Tapio's parents originally coming from the MadHouse, but at the time of his birth they were staying in the Diamonds Realm. After his first days, when Tapio started to walk, he was kinda glued to his older brother. So his mother decided to left Tapio's education in Ayub's care, trusting her son to teaching him everything valuable.
