The title of Technical and Communications Expert of Iron-Coral Caves is a high-ranking position with a lot of responsibility. Our former TCE, Dearka, is credited with almost every technological advancement in our clan, and thus any new bearer of the title has some mighty big shoes to fill.

However, our beloved Windy-With-a-Heart-of-Lightning has decided to retire to The Shifting Expanse before Exalting to the Stormcatcher, and so the position must be filled.
