Biography

Extremely arrogant and intelligent.
Tends to be more than a little eccentric, especially towards projects.
These things make him think he's above others, but that doesn't mean he ignores them.
Generally busy with his work. Also very hardworking and passionate towards his work.
Only other 'intelligent' dragons get his direct attention while he's working. He does speak to other dragons, but never in his workshop.
While he enjoys small talk, he prefers in-depth, thought-provoking conversations. You can tell when he's in a good conversation when he's joyfully laughing more than a couple times.
Likes when his thought process is challenged, as long as the challenge isn't to state that another's idea is strictly 'better' than his. He prefers to be able to point out pros and cons to both ideas, not be told that what he does is worse in every aspect.

An immensely powerful Lightning dragon, both in magic and in overall physical strength.
Due to him constantly seeking improvement, even he doesn't know his limits. Every time he finds it, he looks for and usually finds a way around it.
He also can use his lightning magic to fly through electromagnetism. He can't fly normally due to his small wingspan, but he also isn't one for flying in general unless he deems it necessary.
No one knows the upward limits of his magic, as he doesn't use it for combat, and is generally isn't a violent dragon. Even then, he's shown to prefer physical fighting over using magic.
All the clan knows is that he regularly gets struck by lighting to test out tech and he returns unharmed every time.

His body is augmented in various spots with technology of his own design, and have so far proven more beneficial than detrimental.
This tech both improves his magical and physical abilities.
Generally built onto him as opposed to inside of him. This is done to allow removal.
Regularly cleans, performs maintenance, repairs, and upgrades these augments.

Left the Shifting Expanse due to a rival named Edison.
Said rival was known for stealing his ideas because he was believed to be selfish when it came to his work. Stolen ideas were always introduced on a public scale under his rival's name.
Only Tesla is allowed to bring up the name Edison. Anyone else who has dared to has been sent to the infirmary due to directed electrical attacks from Tesla.
Devices he build never look the same. Two may share the same purpose, but there's always a personal touch Tesla adds to make them different.
While it takes longer to make, the devices usually prove to be of exceptional quality equal to the time put into them. He makes them with longevity in mind.
Usually sell for a lot, and should one break in some way, he almost always knows how to fix it.
If a lair doesn't have electricity, he often offers to show the lair how to set up a system to allow the machine to function, and will even provide batteries for free.

Despite usually working hard on his current project, Tesla has taken the time to pick up hobbies and make a few friends.
Enjoys reading and discussing scientific articles and other nonfiction, though he does enjoy some fiction (usually Sci-Fi).
Also has enjoyed learning how to cook. While he does like amusing others by 'cooking' with Lightning magic, he generally sticks to conventional methods.
Due to finding himself in the Plague flight in the past, he also makes sure to keep a close eye on his health, even after his return to the Stormcatcher's domain. Whatever he's doing, it's working, as no one has actually seen him sick. That, or he's really good at hiding illness.
Also enjoys just enjoying the outdoors. He usually only leaves the lair to get fresh air, but it's clear that he enjoys nature to some extent.
