But for what she has in mind, no other school of magic she is capable of learning will work. The cheesecloth contains a sizeable clump of shed fur from an ice tundra; one of the purest sources of ice magics she can ethically and easily get her hands on. Technically, the blood of an ice gaoler would be the best option that is actually possible (nothing could ever beat the Icewarden's blood, which, for obvious reasons, is impossible to source), but for one thing, gaolers as a whole exist only within Sornieth. For another, it's so hard to know whether blood you did not collect yourself was harvested with permission or not, so it'd be near impossible for her to ethically source some. Tundra fur will have to do. She watches her brew bubble, hoping that her experiment with wielding elements that are not her own will yield results.'
