||The Fallen Emperor||



Aurora is the clans biggest asset but also their biggest liability. An emperor dragon brought to life from two fallen brothers who died alone, in the middle of no where in the furthest reaches of the Starfall Isles. He was found wrecking havoc upon a nearby clan when he was finally subdued, only a fusion of two he isn’t as powerful as some emperors of legend but he is most certainly a trump card in most fights but he is considered the final resort, even after the All-Mother as they fear they could lose what sanity they have restored to him.

He wears a custom built set of armour so that he might better control his power, the clans healer keeps regular tabs on him as he is fascinating to behold. So far it has seemed that he has never aged since he joined the clan some time ago, due to the unknown nature of regular imperial dragon lifespans that of an emperor is even further shrouded in mystery.

Despite his rather unruly nature and frequent outbursts he has had many mates within the clan but who wouldn’t want the opportunity to have the child of an emperor? His children have had no ill effects (bar one) so the clan sees no reason why he shouldn’t have children, many still reside within the clan or friendly clans in other parts of the world. As Aurora isn’t allowed out of the lair often for fear of conflict or terrifying the neighbours it’s good for him to have regular company. His children Oceanic and his other grandchildren also visit him daily, bringing him gifts from beyond the lair which he delights in.

Capable of speech from both heads each one while similar clearly show a difference in personality but neither remember their past life. It’s clear the two were brothers as they think and act similarly, often talking in unison with only several slight differences in word choice. The left head seems to have a clear preference to plants while the right seems to favour fish. They haven’t been known to bicker but he has been heard talking to himself very quietly sometimes which some find every unnerving. He’s been asked many times if he would prefer to have two names but both heads insist that they are simply one dragon, they are a packaged deal not two different people, it’s not like you can talk to one without the other knowing anyhow.

No one knows what caused the original pair to perish or even where they came from or how old they were when this happened to them and unfortunately at this point no one will know. Neither can remember anything about their past lives but don’t seem too bothered by it, only those who attempt to pursue more knowledge about his kind question him on the topic heavily. The last thing he claims to ever remember is being lost and confused in a dense forest before beginning to destroy it. Many of the clans imperials tend to avoid him but other species aren’t as disturbed by him. Some have begged anyone that if they are to pass on within the clans walls to remove them as quickly as possible so they don’t join him.

It seems while he attempted to hide there are forces that can track down his, well, aura. Luckily for him in the case of a lost wind spirit it meant he finally found someone who understood him. While he has had his fair share of mates no one can deny that even after baring a child with him they don’t feel exactly safe with him. His power far exceeding anything or anyone within the dens walls makes for quite a lonely life it seems. His children understood him better than any of his mates apart from this one... Sylph. An lost soul turned spirit, life from the heart of death much like himself, their bond formed within seconds and an afterlife to spend together, it couldn’t be more perfect.
