The brown and robin guardian was a bit irregular in the fact that he preferred to stand on two legs, this method making tower over even some imperial dragons. He had a bronze sword tucked away in his belt, although it was rusted and not of much use, he carried it around to show his strength.

He pulled his hand up to the hilt of the sword as he heard the stampeding of talons. He tensed up and swiveled one of his legs behind him, bending down slightly. Wildclaws came over the hills and into the valley, each with a sword and full set of armor. The guardian raced towards the closest wildclaw, talons flying. He let rage envelop him as he began swiping and clawing nonstop.

He felt a weight on his back. He twisted and tumbled, doing anything to dislodge the wildclaw from his back, but it was hopeless. With a quick slice the wildclaw had left a gash in the guardian's throat, leaving him to die.

He curled up, pulling his legs in towards his chest. This is it. I'm going to die. He pulled a small notebook from his sash and curled up his body tightly around it. Find me. Don't leave me... With his dying breath he finished concealing the book with his tail, saving his most precious belonging.

The guardian crawled close to his mother. He was still unable to see her, being newly hatched he hadn't opened his eyes yet. "Kaina. Kaina wake up!"

"Now Cin, leave your brother be."

"But mama..."

"No buts. If you're that bored go spend time with Shinku."

"But mama-"

"Go."

The newly hatched Guardian snuggled closer to his mother. "Oh Kaina, I'm so excited for you to open your eyes!" the mother said.
