Biography
Sariss
—–High Shieldmaiden/ Mate to Clan Training Master/Cousin of Frigg Her mother LEFT, how could she leave. She left to join the Tidelord. Not even the Plaguebringer, The Tidelord. Sariss knew that her mother came from the Icefields so it would have seemed natural for her mother to join the Icewarden. But to leave to join the Tidelord was an insult to her family. They were now the laughing stock of the clan. It left Sariss to help tend the offspring. It would take forever to complete her warrior training. She had planned to serve the Plaguebringer against the Beastclan. That dream was shattered. Sariss heaved a heavy sigh as she went to training. Looking forward to seeing the only Dragon who seemed to ease the hate she felt for her own blood. Jerec, the training master of her clan. Although only a few days older than her, he blasted through Warrior training at a young age and because a reknowned warrior. His love wasn’t for combat though. He loved to train those who had a warrior's heart. Sariss’s heart fluttered when she spied Jerec shake out his massive wings. She knelt down to stretch. She couldn’t find a way to talk to him. Her brothers always teasing her for her twisted tongue. She cursed as she came back up, her muscles rolling back into their position. Her ruby eyes continued to follow the black scales as they came to be face to face with a pair of Red eyes. Jerec was so close she could feel his breath on her cheek. She quickly knelt her head as she heard him let out a quick breath. “Good Stretching Sariss, make sure your well warmed up. We don’t want anyone to be injured. Every abled body can protect the Clan. “ His voice although Stern was warm with care. Sariss could never tell if it was only for her or for every warrior in the training grounds. She watched as he walked away. Watching the muscle stretch as he walked made the blood rise to her face. A shriek rang through the clan as a fire broke out in the distance. Sariss turned in the direction of the sound and could see beastclan warriors running towards the training grounds. “Warriors get Ready. Consider this on the Job Training.” Shouted Jerec. Sariss gulped as she readied an attack. Squinting she steadied herself and stared at her enemy. Don’t attack till you see their eyes Sariss reached a claw back and scratched towards the Enemies eyes. A weak part of any opponent’s body. The enemy screeched and clawed towards Sariss. She dodged quick and readied another attack. Time seemed to go so fast. Warriors Sariss was training with laid at her feet dead and dying. Although they had lost many family and friends more of the beastclan laid slaughtered. Sariss wiped the blood from her face. From behind her she heard that voice. The voice that stayed with her in her sleep. “Well, this was not how I was hoping today was going to go when I chose to ask your father to let me court you” —–
