The epitome of charisma, Seiji hailed from a family with two other siblings - as the middle child, he constantly strove for his parents' attention. So, he learnt his way around words.

It came in useful, once he departed from his family, coming across a desert-wandering clan. Offering his charisma, he quickly became one of the representatives of the clan, high up in both position and reputation. The only dragon that managed to not fall for his charms was his mate - in fact, it was the first time he'd ever fallen for anybody.
