This chest was laughing before, I think. But I looked in, and so did my parents and massive family. All we saw were ashes. But recently, I got a cut on me. I turned around, and my sword I took from the cave with the chest was behind me... a yard away from were it was, laying against the chest. I heard the laughing again right after. And I still feel like somebody's watching me, but I sense more of an aura this time... but I haven't seen anything really.

Last night at 3:00 A.M., I got poked in the back in my sleep. I woke up to see the chest open with a diamond falling out. I also heard whispering and chanting when I saw the chest open. I looked earlier this morning at 7:00 A.M., and I swear I saw eyes peeping out of the chest. Glowing, empty eyes that looked like they had no soul. But I checked again and it was only a bunch of ashes with gold mixed in. I still sense an aura, but this time, it seems sinister and dark. What is this thing really?
