A royal child born to Xiuhcoatl, brother and high advisor to the Leader of the Pale Gulch, and his consort, Tantras. He was raised communally within the clan, able to venture to almost every corner of the territory freely, given permissions to seek out his own path as he sees fit. These children are diplomatic treaties made flesh, encouraged to go forth and spread goodwill about the changing face of their homeclan.

However, Cermais is not interested in following diplomacy, or peace. Displaying an unnerving cruel streak from a young age, he heard the tales of his grandparents, who had become something of an urban legend with the Gulch. He knows he descends from the true Queen, and the Dog King. Cermais honours the legacy he descends from, delighting in causing strife and decided to display his strength and viciousness on an easy target -- his sister, Nuvola.

His actions made his sister flee, terribly wounded, and Xiuhcoatl threw Ceramis out himself, warning him never to step foot on Gulch territory again.

Ceramis doesn't care. Xochiquetzal would be proud.
