Personality: Goofball, Cocky, Mischievous

Lore: The flight's most dedicated Territory Guard, Hoots patrols the border of the Southern Ice Field. He had gotten captured there once, and was missing for days, but Hoots never says just what kept him from coming home.
The edges of his wings are now frostbitten; and remnants of the chains that kept him still linger on his body. But Hoots is ever resourceful and uses these things to his advantage in fights against intruding dragons. It is amazing to see just how sharp and heavy a partially frozen wing can be when it hits an opponent.
And those chains seem to come out of nowhere some days...
