Dr. Harvey can be described as mute and compelling. They radiate a fearsome aura derived from their silence and consistently poker faced expression, silently watching and judging those around them always. They are quite keen on criticism as well, and will only speak to point out their distaste with something that doesn't greet their expectations. This characteristic makes them out to seem highly unapproachable and unkind... and it's true, of course.
Beneath their icy exterior, Eli's character only turns for the worse. They seek pleasure and satisfaction in pain, and bask in pulling cries of such from others no matter their willingness. Their position as a marvelous doctor succeeds their actual reputation, and Eli's thirst for blood only further stains their glossy degree and knowledge of their science. This attribute stems from years upon years of conflict from others: specifically from their family and their previous partners - not to mention the pain that they've inflicted onto themselves.
Whatever kindness Eli once upheld has long faded. While not entirely gone, their cruelty surely reigns supreme. Their environment and position in REEDS only motivates them to continue with their experiments, hoping to gain some outcome to prove that something good can come from hardship.
