  • One of the more understanding and complacent of the Federation's leaders

  • As much of a pushover as could exist in the Light's Council. Wishes for happiness within his subjects. Is confused as to why they are not

  • Has a calm and wise disposition, but is incredibly fundamentalist and traditional in his beliefs.

  • His favorite activity is sunbathing and sleeping. He can be downright lazy at times.

  • His magical abilities are relatively weak for an Imperial of his age - a fact which is aware and embarrassed about. As a result he tends to not use his magic; only summoning lightning for small tasks.
