Dazzling Rajin was a normal Earth dragon when he stepped across the border into Plague territory, and like so many others, he immediately fell ill. Terrible, nauseating pustules sprang into being all across his hide, and began to overtake many of his existing scales. He was found by the hunter and scout, Warfare, who rushed him to the healer, Lyseria. With the help of the ailing dragon's Earth magic, she was able to transform the growths into opal gems
This healing is Lyseria's finest and proudest work, although when Helga the Plaguesight was born, many wondered if her powers were a result of this old infection
