Personality
Aspen is an eccentric soul who sometimes seems to prefer the company of trees and birds to that of other dragons. Despite his lack of social graces he is in fact a friendly and tolerant dragon, an amiable companion if you are content to be forgotten the moment an interesting butterfly crosses his path.

Background
Aspen appeared unexplained on the clan's borders, offering his services as a scout and naturalist to Ael. When asked his reasons for leaving his clan, he respectfully but persistently refuses to give any details. He seems so inoffensive that no-one dwells on the idea that his leaving might have been violent. In time, he might become comfortable enough in his new clan to tell the tale.

Trivia
  • Spends much of his time travelling the borders of the clan's territory, ostensibly investigating possible threats to report to Winterspell, but in reality mostly cataloging the flora and fauna he comes across.
