  • Tacitus puts no priority over his station under either Ifrit or Rei, he's equally loyal to them both and somehow always manages to find a compromise between them when they give conflicting orders. Besides them being his leaders they are his friends, and both clans are his homes. But he does hold more concern about Rei trying to build up her own clan so quickly and without the proper supplies or experience, so it wasn't really a question whether or not he would follow her away from The Nexus to assist her. He knew better than to argue with her and that Ifrit didn't really depend on him for anything anyways.
  • While he comes across as terse and stoic he's generally willing to converse with others and offer his assistance when he has the time for it, but his job comes first, and so long as others accept these things, it's easy to get along with him. However, he would not consider most of his clanmates as his friends even if they are on friendly terms with him. He hasn't accepted a new friend in a very long time, and those he does have were lucky enough to get close to him before his emotional defenses were fully solidified and he began taking his role in the clans as his lifes task.
  • Strangely, in his own opinion, Tacitus tends to get the attention of younger dragons, sometimes those closer to his own age, who often look up to him as either an idol, a brotherly figure, or someone they need to prove themselves against. He treats them the same as he would any other member of his clans, but no matter how many people tell him it's because he radiates strength and the aura of a knight or guardian, he still doesn't understand why that is relevant. His own appeals are one of the only things that he is oblivious to.
  • He doesn't really need to utilize his self sufficiency and survival skills since he's in a somewhat stable clan and has the safety net of The Nexus, but he chooses to practice them regularly instead of working off the supply pool used by the rest of The Spear of Goliath's members. He gathers his own food and materials, tends to his own armor and wounds, and uses his own funds when necessary.
