Friends: Kailen and Fenrir

Kaspian is one of the original battle trio and continues to accompany Fenrir into the coliseum to keep his senses sharp and his body strong.

He is visually impaired as a result of an unfortunate accident from fighting in the coliseum. He, Kailen, and Fenrir stood off against a colossal boss, but they were not prepared for the fight both physically and strategically. Kaspian and Kailen wanted to turn back, but Fenrir, driven by his competitive nature and his love for battle, convinced his comrades that they would be victorious because they had numbers and speed, both of which the monster lacked.
They were soundly defeated and very narrowly escaped death upon their retreat. Although they all left with a great deal of physical damage, Kaspian, being the smallest of the trio, was wounded significantly more. Nobody thought he was going to pull through.
Slowly, his strength began to return, but his sight never came back to him - he is only able to see vague shapes and bright light. He decided that he would rather cover his eyes and focus on honing his other senses than try to rely on his weakness.
He aches for the vision he lost - plagued by all the things he will never be able to experience again, but he does not blame Fenrir for his handicap.
