Starflower is both this clan's botanist and water tester. She works with both and sometimes at the same time. She has two different kinds of gardens that she tends to as well, underwater ones and ones that are above it.

The amount of variety from there however? Practically endless. She keeps protected species of plants in special conditions specific to their breeds natural habitat before carefully releasing them back out in their origins.

When she is not tending to plants she is instead testing the water. The amount of chemicals it has and whether or not the water is hard or soft. Depending on the water conditions she searches around for the causes of the change if it spikes or lowers dangerously. Starflower also uses the treated water to water the plants. So these two things go hand in hand a lot of the time.
