Fey is the elder sister of her clan. She's highly protective of her found family and suspicious of anything and anyone else. She was born in the Southern Ice, slipping out of her nest before it was time in an quest to find her charge. Fey attempted to cross the glaciers alone. This almost cost her her life, and left her wary of the world. She developed a lifelong fear of the cold, so she fled deep into the rainforest, where she would meditate and find her own sense of what was worthy of protecting.
Fey decided to make a pilgrimage to the home of the first dragons when she felt she was strong enough. When she reached the pillar, she found her charge- the Earth dragon Alaura. Alaura was vicious and scrappy, an passionate mess with an underbelly covered in a history of scars. Fey realized quickly she couldn't stop her charge from fighting, but she could keep her from dying. Fey taught herself to heal Alaura and keep her a soft place to fall back on when she couldn't fight any more. She was already a skilled scavenger as well having focused on survival for most of her youth. The Guardian brewed a quiet love based on care and action. More than a few times Alaura woke to her new friend tucking her into a third layer of blankets, only to receive a sharp reply to get much needed rest when confronted.
Once they came to the Windseeker's realm, Fey expanded her intense loyalty to the terrified pack of young dragons Alaura had fallen in with. Their inevitable unity under Bumbley finally allowed her to let her guard down, and as she dedicated herself to the clan flourishing under her care, she flourished as well. Most visitors to their den have remarked on her striking beauty. Anyone actually living in the den would agree, but with a different vision in mind- her incredibly rare smile. Fey happily meditates near any body of water or Alaura, after her self assigned duties as a caretaker.
