Living Jade Statue
"Oh dear! I have to get this cleaned up before they find out." A small black and green nocturne was wiping up a spilled orange concoction off off his front leg and paw. This is his first memory, the first dragon he remembers seeing and the first words he ever heard.
After the little one left, he stayed still. After all, isn't that what he has been doing this whole time. But then he felt himself gaining the urge to move about. He started with stretch and moving his toes and claws. Then his legs and arms, even daring a wing stretch. It felt so good to move! He finally stepped away from his spot, just a few feet, surely no one would notice?
Then he froze, he could hear some one coming back. The little Nocturne, finishing up he tending of the garden. She eyed him carefully, had she noticed?
A few days of this went by, him testing the limits of his new found mobility and freezing back when some one enters the garden. He couldn't live his live like this forever. He finally revealed himself to the small nocturne, who introduced herself as Urani. She brought him back to the main part of the lair to show him off.
The leaders had to considered this new addition carefully and after some questions and a night rest they welcomed him, under the supervision of Urani. After a few weeks he has started to grow close to a dragon named Noella, an archer and huntress. She felt familiar in a way, he felt calm and comfortable around her.
You can find him most days back in the garden of his origin, protecting the vast flowers and plants, tending and caring for them. As well as teach new members how to care for their favorite plants or snacks.
