Biography
Chica loves plants, and it's not just eating them she loves. She loves to see them grow and to take care of them. It's like her plants are her children. Perhaps it's because she was born in the Viridian Labyrinth.
Chica has a small garden where she grows all kinds of plants, flowers to look at or trade as well as food. She doesn't have all kind of plants really, only those that managed to adapt to the environment, but she likes to venture out and find new plants that she can plant and hope for their survival. Chica believes strongly that the plants being well adapted helps the one eating them with adapting and getting stronger, even if said adaptation makes the plant poisonous. Therefor she only eats the plants she grow herself, even knowing the possible consequences.
The reason Chica moved to the clan was because she liked the thought of survival of the fittest instead of everything succeeding the way it did in the Labyrinth. As a small hatchling she dream about being special, but she didn't feel special in her birth clan. So she moved to a place where she was different and as the only tundra in the clan she succeeded well. Testing herself against poisonous plants and diseases is her way of staying special. She's special because she survives.
Chica believes strongly in the Plaguebringer, but also in her sister the Gladekeeper. She believes that both of these forces are needed in the world, the Gladekeeper to get biodiversity and the Plaguebringer to single out the most fit.
