Minbin is a spirit, a manifestation of a light dragon who died alone in the cold, and came back as.. this. This dragon isn't the only form she can take either, she can morph into other dragon breeds or even other things, beastclanners, familiars. But in her most purest and true form, she is a light blue fish-like creature. But she almost never goes into this form, as it is very vulnerable.
She is quite a beauty too, and that's not an accident. She made herself look like this on purpose, and it did certainly work in wooing other dragons. Generally she isn't a malevolent spirit; she has no taste in making other dragon's miserable. She just wants a place to stay, and to.. figure out why she's still here.
