Biography
Mother, Father,
Greetings from the Southern Icefields.
The Gala is as chaotic and full of trivial nonsense as expected, but somehow manages to be moderately enjoyable nonetheless. Augury, the silly fool, has gotten it into his head to enroll me in some sort of harebrained venture that is supposedly going to win us a fortune. While I highly doubt that, it seemed amusing enough, so I acquiesced. So far, all we have done is traipse around the carnival on a pointless scavenger hunt - well, at least I can say that is something I have not done for a while! If, against all expectations, I shall indeed obtain that fortune of Augury's, though, rest assured that I shall make sure it is spent wisely.

Greetings from the Southern Icefields.
I am beginning to wonder what madness I got myself into. While most of the weeks challenges so far have seemed a threat to our public image at worst (I did not expect to be performing circus acts this week, or at any point in my future, for that matter, and my poor attempt at emulating a contortionist's act I had seen at the carnival was received accordingly), yesterday a member of my team was gravely injured during one of the activities, as she was attacked by some sort of deranged sea creature. Now, there is no need to worry - as I think I have proven by successfully aiding in the rescue of said teammate, I am more than capable of looking after myself. I do, however, begin to wonder if this game truly is a licensed Gala activity, or if we have been caught up in some shady business. For now, I will bide my time and see what the next day brings. I shall inform you of any further developments.

"the entire group is wearing full hooded cloaks with harlequin masks" - Well, then...
Greetings.
I apologize for not getting back to you sooner, but the last few days have been quite eventful, to say the least. Well then. The event is... over. As anticipated, we did not get any gems out of it, but I suppose I should point out that there actually were gems to be had in the first place. I will regale you with the full account of my adventures once I arrive home; for now, suffice it to say that a good portion of the participants have ended the week in the healer's care, and that I am, fortunately, not one of them. This was, partly, the host's fault, though I suppose he cannot be blamed, seeing as apparently there was some waiver to be signed at the beginning of the event which detailed this possibility quite extensively; it seems Augury did not deem it relevant enough to inform me of it. Be that as it may, I am safe and sound, and if anything, this week has been... interesting. As a last word, should you by any chance encounter a silver-orange fae by the name of Whitaker, he has been accused of various offenses pertaining to the ongoings at the Gala, and is a wanted dragon. Do with that as you will.
