Hi! I'm Amethyst, and I am the princess of Crystalwood. My parents are Violet and Pieter, the king and queen of the clan. My mom has gone through lots of relationships that included kids, and my dad, well, it's his first, so he is not much of a hubby-wifey expert. So, I'm the only living child of all my half and whole brothers and sisters, so there is no one else to take my unwanted heritage. My unwanted responsibility.
Mom is REALLY overprotective. Once I wanted to go over to my friend's clan for a visit, but she said I couldn't because someone may want to attack me for our treasure. So I've been cramming for a test of my future for the past few months of my life. That's a pretty long time for a dragon, let me tell you. I have to say, I think that I'm a handful. Either that or mom only wants me so that she can retire someday. I try to be rebellious, but every time she manages to punish me and lock me in a closet or something. I just hope someday I can escape to my freedom, start my own clan, like mom claims. I want to go somewhere far from here, in the Ice land, where she can never get me and punish me again. I will have different rules for my clan and my children, so that they can enjoy their live unlike me. Well, bye diary, I have to go to a feast.

"I'm pregnant, Ammey. You don't have to be the heir anymore. You can choose your own future."
