One of the many vendors that call the shimmering isles home, he's know for his friendly but devious nature, a notorious pickpocket that somehow still wins people over even thought they know he's stolen a coin or two from them when they weren't looking. He sells those that come to his shop a quick fortune or tokens of goodluck.


The sly merchant, thrown out and in by force or by choice no one knows, He slips and swims through the same gold lined caves that created the shimmering sections of his scales.
