Chern is Head for exactly one character trait: breathlessly enthusiastic curiosity. He can't meet a new dragon without at some point asking about their home clan. His unfailing want to stay connected and talk to people naturally led to a network, and Kairos thought it smart to use it to gain strong external ties.

Mate: Nor. Nor was the first dragon to make it through Chern's onslaught of questions about his pearl, how it came to be, why it was the colour it was. Entirely by accident the two found they were falling in love in the meantime.
