The Youngest
The last of three nest-brothers Joe watched as his brothers grew up and became opposite people. One was true to himself and carefree, the other appeared carefree to hide his real feelings. Joe decided in his teen years to allow his true self to show, and not follow in the footsteps of either sibling.

More serious than his brothers, Joe is a watchful dragon and resents being told to "lighten up." He has worked hard on the ability to sit still for longer periods of time than most other spirals, though after even that length he requires a fidget tool of some kind to remain, otherwise he starts tying himself up.

Joe is also willing to get into a fight. While his brothers shy from confrontation, Joe won't back down when wronged, and his parents took turns pulling him various brawls in his younger years. He rarely got in trouble for any of them once the situation was explained.

Quirk
Joe hates a messy lair. He will constantly tidy and scrub to the point of seeming obsessive. And maybe he is. He also doesn't like to get dirty. If he does he goes to bathe as soon as able, as often as needed. With his coloration he rarely looks dirty, and his scales are more matte than gloss, but he gets the wiggles when he goes too long between baths.

However, he also doesn't like to be wet. Water is a necessary evil.
