You enter the second cave on the right and you step down and find yourself ankle deep in water. Hesitantly you take Another step down and find the water is halfway up your calf. You look up to see a glowing pool of water. Within it's depths you see glowing starfish and other exotic sea life, coral, and shells. Out of curiosity you reach down and dip your finger in the pool and lick your claw. Just like you thought salty! Two waterfalls crash loudly into the pool in the back leading from outside the mountain. As you shake you head at the impossibility of it all as suddenly a sharp fin cuts it's way beneath the water right toward you.

Sea Dragon

She likes haveing fun and going on adventures even though she was born blind as a defect of being half merdragon. She is the only child of the merdragon queen and a Terra dragon. She was not expected to survive past childhood as many halflings die before adulthood or even before hatching. She likes visiting new places and is very socialable. She's not picky about what she eats and adapts well to new situations. Some dragons find her annoying for her tendency to ask questions but find her growing on them none the less for her cheerful manner and open mindedness. Her gijinka is a handling, half mermaid half human

She is partculaly fond of water but wary of the ocean. Water creature are particularly found of her and whenever they can will run up to her excitedly. She can sometimes be found swimming gracefully in the lake near the lair surrounded by multicolored fish and small green turtles.

Merdragons are a rare species with numbers in the low hundreds and have not been seen for many years by terra dragons. They have faded into myth and legend.Full blooded merdragons have little to no magic and cannot leave the water however halflings between sea dragons and merdragon though rare do processes strong magic and few have even opted to live on land and become part of a clan. Blight passes as a sea dragon which are not plentiful but much more common than the elusive merdragon and employed as merdragon kingdom guards so she is well versed in all things retaining to sea dragons. In merdragon culture the first born female inherits the throne. Undercover of night she ran away from home as a teen after several attempts on her life when radicals against a halfling inheriting the tone threatened a rebellion against her father. Fearing the war this rebellion would set off she decided to simply vanish but during her escape she was discovered by her mother's brother, Fin who aided in her escape in order to allow her to make her own decisions. The only ones aware of the truth within the lair are Silver and Rose. Merdragonds have occasionally kept a rare species known as shark cats as their loyal companions.

One fine spring day a seagull drops a letter adressed to Blight at her feet as she strolls through the enchanted forest near the lair the brail letters read........

As far as your father goes though I must amit he has exceeded my expectations and is adapting quite quickly for a land dragon. I know your mother has already sent letters saying this but she is prepared to welcome you back at any time. Although she does still insist you accept the crown so I guess your answear still stands. Even though I know you do not I believe wholeheartedly our people will accept a half blood on the throne. Hopeing all finds you well,
