Biography
"Your outlooks are flawed, all of you; only Saja is a leader to me."
Despite being adopted into the clan at an early age, Vibrance never took to the other members. She couldn't get along with any of them, even the various others who joined from beyond clan borders. Frustrated with those who attempted to befriend her, she ended up driving them away with threats. Eventually, it became such a problem that Chemistry and the Council called her in for a talk.
Vibrance spoke up for herself, defending her anti-social behaviour; She claimed that her clan members couldn't see what she saw in others: their hidden agendas, the look in their eyes as they lied to her face... No one wanted to be her friend, they just pitied her. There was nothing she hated more than the pity of others. No one cared. They just wanted her to smile so they could stop feeling so bad looking at her.
She knew it wasn't for her benefit. Others were so selfish...
Saja - Chemistry's son - was in the room at the time, a silent spectator to the meeting. After it adjourned, he approached Vibrance with a proposal.
If everyone else was so selfish, then obviously there was a problem with the clan dynamics; they were all taught the wrong things. Dragons should be honest with eachother, not hide behind facades of kindness for their hidden agendas. He proposed she join him to help change the system, and invoke a new era of honesty in the clan.
Vibrance agreed to join, seeing Saja as the only dragon who lacks pity for her; the only one who speaks his mind.
