If Abyss were summed up in a word, it would be "cruel." An artificial creation of Corvus, he sees the rest of the world as his playground, all living things ripe for experimentation. No amount of toying with creation can sate his morbid curiosity. Corvus puts his inquisitive mind to use as her personal scientist...and torturer.

His cruelty towards the living is only compounded by the apparent pointlessness of his "scientific" experimentation. Whatever his findings are, he keeps them mostly to himself, along with what exactly he was "researching" in the first place. His notes are meticulously kept...and kept well-protected from prying eyes.

Being around Abyss is a profoundly unsettling experience. His eyes alone, cold and glowing, are enough to wither even steadfast dragons. His voice, like the sound of grating gravel,
is all too often associated with imminent pain. Most can't stand to be around him for more than a necessary few moments. Unfortunately for his victims, they don't have a choice.
