Biography

"I gave my heart and soul to nature, and in turn it gave me fruit trees and a green claw."

G A I A

Gaia, as her name would suggest, is very down-to-earth and very close with nature, despite being an Arcane. There wasn't anything she enjoyed more than taking a stroll through the woods and listening to the local fauna.

She never thought a tree would cause her to discover her magic abilities.

It all happened so fast, she struggled to recall what exactly happened. All she know, was she was in danger. And whatever, or whoever, was following her, was catching up.

She couldn't fly away; the trees were too thick to get any kind of lift. Attempting it would ultimately result in her demise. She opted to continue running- although she was out of breath already.

The trees seemed to stare down at her, taunting her peril. None of them offered any kind of help or hide. Her pearly glowing stripes lit the way, but also gave her away to her pursuer. It wasn't anything she could control. Thylacine was a gene known for glowing.

Her sickle claw caught on a stray root and she stumbled forward. Her backlegs went up over her head and she tumbled a couple times before coming to a stop. She could hear whatever was chasing her. It was close. She attempted to stand, but a sharp pain in her leg made her cry out and fall again.

She trembled in fear. There was no more running. It was over for her. The creature descended upon her, a ferocious roar erupting from its mouth.

She shrieked in fear, throwing out her claws in fear. A bright light filled the forest for a split second. When she opened her eyes, the creature was gone.

She didn't know what to expect. She'd never had any prior knowledge of any magical abilities. Maybe it came from her Arcane blood, or from a god who happened to shine on her in her moment of fear.

Where it came from, she didn't know. But she did know that she was determined to harness that magic that ran through her body. She studied as hard as she could. She read every book, scroll and piece of paper she could get her claws on.

And eventually, she learned how to control her powers. She mostly used them to enchant her herbs and plants. When she became a member of Wildclaw Manor, she used her magic to bring the dead and brown plants surrounding the house back to life.
