Corcoran is a rather hot tempered, irritable individual who often acts without thinking and who can't take jokes. He likes to provoke others especially once they've irritated him, which sometimes ends in fights. He ends up suffering the most from it, because his body heals slower than normal. He doesn't usually harm others unless they really **** him off or it's a result of battle and can be quite cruel. Even sadistic, he isn't a being without mercy or compassion though. Despite his negative qualities, he is quite relaxed most of the time, he loves sleeping or just laying around and is actually a pretty good babysitter, except for his extremely foul mouth.

However, his intelligence isn't to be knocked because of any of it. Corcoran may jump into action, but he is actually quite intelligent, even if he's dyslexic and can't read. Something which he tries to hide, because he is embarrassed by it, but doesn't care to learn. He thinks it would be too difficult and that he can get around without such a skill.
