Lenka was born by the light of the moon, in a nest in Light territory just close enough to that of Shadow that the Shadowbinder's magic exerted a small influence over the nest. And so Lenka was touched by darkness as a daughter of the Light. She never felt at home in the daylight - no, the soft light of the moon was her light. But being touched by the darkness that the Light so opposed, she could never happily stay in the land of light. When she descended the stairs to the Tangled Woods, the dragons there often didn't like her, seeing her as a spy of the light. And she was still not happy there.

There is reason that for millennia, the dragon deities have warned of the touch of another element. The elemental opposition and struggle for dominance in those dragons doom to them to a forever cursed life, a life twisted by its core opposition. And so it was with Lenka as she bittered and fell in her quest for harmony. Nowhere could she be happy. Always, too much light or darkness.

So a monster she became, bent on creating a land where darkness and light could be balanced. A land for peace. Perhaps a good intention... but the path she took was bloodied while she was on it. Her tactics were death and destruction, her engine pain. And her quest for peace slipped away, replaced by a lust for blood to calm the raging elements within her core.
