Jubilee is a childish, resilient, and spoiled individual.

Born during a family reunion, met Desmond there and was called Bill, because he thought the small hatchling was a boy. Her name ended up being Jubilee, but Desmond continued to address her as Bill, as in, a dollar bill. He loved treasure but also loved his baby sister too. She learned how to get what she wanted from him, by acting silly, sweet and cute. She still does this to this day.

She is on a mission to somehow remove the strange seal blocking her magic ever since she was a child. It's starting to pain her as her magic, like other dragons, flare up when she becomes emotional but the seal is stopping her from expressing her magic.

She used to ask Desmond for money until his clan was starting to wonder where all the money is going. Now she asks him for favours like being a flirt to shiny money dragons in exchange for money, and not wearing the same clothes as him.

Fun Fact: Her "antennae" are orange feathers which she was actually born with. She styles them to look like horns or cat ears and occasionally dyes them black so she looks like her cat, Jack.

Fun Fact 2: Desmond did not give Jack to Bill. Jack gave Bill to Desmond, no, seriously. After leaving her birth clan Bill went to live in the Wasteland with Desmond for a time, deciding that perhaps someone in the Plague Maladies clan could shed some light on her disability from a different point of view. She was supposed to meet Desmond outside of the Hewn City but took a wrong turn.

She ended up hopelessly lost in the creepy, seemingly haunted city. There the air was strangely still and anything could send shivers down one spine. When something metallic fell to the ground with a loud CLANG from somewhere she could not see, she ran and hid.

After crying and skulking in an alleyway for a good minute, a tiny Calico kitten found her and started meowing at her. When she looked up at it, it began to walk away, stop and meow at her again. Repeatedly. Not knowing what to do, and becoming quickly annoyed and awed, she followed it. Following the cat, she ran into Desmond, from which she promptly lost it from her sight. Desmond, believing it was just her imagination and played along. That is, after several days of trekking they arrived at the school he worked in, in Wasteland. When they opened the single, light duffel, they found the calico kitten asleep in her cotten blanket. She named the cat Jack, not knowing its gender until two years later.

At the school. Jubilee studied the "history of magic" (its use and general development throughout dragonic history, its use in modern day and a bit of the history beastclan magic), "The Mechanics of Hexes, Curses and Spells," (she did not take the course which practiced magic due to her locked magic reserves,) and "The Geography of Clans and Dragons throughout all Sorneith." Besides the academics, she learned to be less of a spoiled brat, but she's still "bratty" enough to
complain when something's off, and rude enough to mouth off bullies if they threaten her or her friends.
