Puddle's earliest recalled memory is the day a hatchling from one of the nests had gotten lost, and it was their young hatchling instincts that pulled her away from security to find them.

It was from then on that Puddle taught herself to be cautious and watchful, sometimes exhibiting a maturity that most hatchling sitters lacked as she took care of clutch mates or newer hatchlings all on her own. This behaviour helped Puddle find her calling and encouraged her to learn dragon medicine, always with a nagging feeling that she'd have to make sure everyone was safe.

As she got older her skills became more and more refined, treating anything from minor cuts to belly aches to flaking scales, and testing her memory to the limits, teaching herself how to expand on it to memorize entire texts.

Though this is an incredible skill, she often puts too much effort memorizing her studies and easily forgets conversations and important facts about clanmates, like colouration, names and even genders. Though she is a helpful drake, Puddle can be deceptive to a fault and uses flowery language in order to dissuade dragons from fearing or fretting too much.

Paranoid, skittish but strong, Puddle keeps to herself and her studies, always preparing for an emergency. Despite the urgency it may imply, Puddle is patient and stallwarth, able to focus on thinking every route through and planning for the best outcome.
