Groynellee is something of a michievous sort. She enjoys magic tricks and magic shows, and is often called on to entertain the young dragons with her knowledge of illusions. While she has no innate magical power as such, she has the means to make others believe that she does.

Long Bio:
No-one knows where Groynellee originally came from or who her parents were, but the best guess anyone had was that she was somewhere from the Scarred Wasteland. A couple of dragons who resided in the Tempest Spire took her in.

And for a time, Groynellee was happy, feeling looked after and loved, not even caring about her status as an orphan. It was her time in the Stormcatcher's domain that would eventually lead her to meet Gadzooks, whom she fell in love with. Although she was most certainly not averse to the occasional harmless prank!

But one day, she wanted to see the world beyond the Shifting Expanse, and it was a call too strong for her to ignore. She spent her last night with Gadzooks, making sure that he knew that she would still love him regardless, and set off the following morning.

Her travels took her all around Sornieth, but she eventually came across a group of dragons who loved the nomadic lifestyle, and her first instinct seemed to be a prank on the lead warrior, Altani.

When Altani couldn't figure out why her weapon had suddenly vanished out of thin air, Groynellee stepped out of the shadows and handed it back.

"How did you do that?" asked Altani, genuinely dumbfounded.

"A magician never reveals her secrets..." Groynellee simply grinned.

"Where'd you come from, anyway?" This was Maxie, the leader of the dragons who called themselves the Sassmaster Clan. Groynellee explained that she'd had an urge to travel and was acting on it, but that she had a mate who was looking out for her. Maxie simply smiled. "Your mate's got nothing to worry about. You're safe with us."

For a time Groynellee travelled with the clan, even meeting another nomadic group in the Tangled Wood. Eventually she began to feel at home with this new clan, although she never once stopped thinking about Gadzooks.

While stopping in Rhodochrosite's tent, she asked the seeress how her mate was. Everything seemed fine but he too was missing her.

"I should let him know I'm okay..." Groynellee went to write her letter.

Dearest Gadzooks,

My travels have taken me far and wide, but I've found a place that seems more homely than the spires of the Shifting Expanse. I've found my new place within the Tangled Wood, with a group that are called the Sassmaster Clan. They are taking good care of me and Maxie, their leader, promised me that he'd keep me safe for you.

But I wish you were here with me. Not a day goes by where I don't wish you were here, sharing your writings with me. I hope that some day we can be truly together again. You will forever be in my heart.

She sent the letter off with the help of a messenger robot that Data had built, and she hoped that Gadzooks would be okay.

Some months later, the messenger robot returned. Data was surprised that it had lasted this long considering that it was a prototype, but it had come back with a message for Groynellee. He gave her the scroll and she read it.

Her eyes lit up.

"Gadzooks is coming here! He's coming here to be with me!" She was ecstatic. The other dragons were all equally enthusiastic.

"Goes to show that love knows no barriers, eh?" Maxie smiled, cuddling with his own lover Matsu. "Better get ready for a new guest!"
