Whether intentionally sold and then discarded or lost, there's no knowing how Aetherium came into clan territory, only that they did. It is entirely possible that their arrival was a fluke of luck, as the hatchling had somehow managed to make it past the many traps along the perimeter as well as go completely unnoticed by each scout and sentry. What is known, and not merely rumored, is that they were found nestled comfortably in a nest that had been hatched and emptied earlier that morning. They've since been tentatively taken under Ghost's wing, with the hope that if anyone can identify and train the strange magic that Aetherium radiates, it's her. The runes on their hide are not static, but instead flicker and pulse, seemingly at random. |
